What Excavation is Needed for Build Site Prep?

The first step to prepare for site development is clearing the area of all trees and debris.

Grading & Foundation Excavation
With a layout plan in place, excavation can begin for the foundation. Trenches are dug for footers, and the site is graded appropriately.

Spoil Management
We take care of all excess dirt from excavation, either by grading or removal from site.
