Company History: Over 30 Years of Precision
Precision Poured Concrete Walls was founded in 1993 by Robert (Bob) and Rena Vales of Coolville, OH. After 30 years of poured wall work in Southeast Ohio, the company was purchased by James Anthony III ‘Tony’ and Holly (+ Ellie and Elijah) Reitano of Guysville, OH.
Now known as Precision Poured Concrete Walls and Excavating, the company’s services quickly expanded to include excavating and septic & utility installations to fill a void in the local industry of a “one call can do it all” site contractor. Customers can now enjoy complete turn-key building site services at Precision Poured. The Reitano family looks forward to continuing great quality business, while bringing valuable knowledge, expertise, and services to customers throughout Ohio and West Virginia.
About The Owner
James Anthony Reitano III ‘Tony’ grew up in Southeast Ohio on his family’s 7th generation farm. He graduated from Federal Hocking Local Schools in 2007, and then pursued post-secondary education at Hocking College where he was recognized as the outstanding graduate of his GIS/GPS major.
Tony began his construction career at Canter Surveying and GPS in Athens, OH. His internship and subsequent full-time position there provided valuable hands-on experience with construction layout and stakeout projects. He was later hired by Kokosing Construction to work on major highway construction. Transitioning to the oil and gas industry as a Chief Inspector for Gulf Interstate Field Services of Houston, TX, he contracted with Columbia Gas Transmission/TC Energy to oversee construction and maintenance of transmission and midstream pipeline projects throughout Ohio, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
After starting a family in 2017, Tony and Holly returned to their farm in Southeast Ohio where Tony became employed by American Electric Power and then TC Energy until the purchase of Precision Poured Concrete Walls LLC in 2023.
